Diesel Headlining Motor Show on Saturday

If you know Aussie music - you know Diesel! And the Moreton Bay Motor Show is proud to present Diesel headlining the Cleanaway Main Stage on Saturday, June 17 from 4pm.

In 2017 Diesel will celebrate 30 years "off the bus" landing in Sydney in 1987 after a 3-day bus journey across Australia, launching into 9 shows per week - the rest is history. With over 35 singles, 16 albums, 6 ARIA awards and record sales edging 1 million, Diesel is a journeyman of music. With blues music in his DNA, an influence largely from his Father's record collection, Diesel has blended styles to come up with a truly unique sound, punctuated with his distinct guitar playing and vocals.

Mason Rack Band - 3.00pm (Sat)

Mason Rack is a born enertainer - growing up playing percusion at the age of six with his musicion father Billy Rack. Progressing to drums at age eight, Mason was able to play any style of music. For the next four years Mason developed a natural rhythm that is now part of his soul and way of life.The raspy vocals of lead frontman Mason Rack have been described by fans as one on the sexiest voices in the blues music scene with flashes from Tom Waits and Led Zeppelin.


Dave Orr Band - 2.00pm (Sat)

Playing the blues is never as simple as it seems. It’s a balancing act between virtuosity and feel, rawness and finesse. Many try, but few seem to nail it like DAVE ORR. At the heart of his music is that unmistakably raw blues guitar. Dave knows this genre better than most as he has become nothing less than a fixture of the Brisbane music scene over the past decade.


Silk N Oak - 1.00pm (sat)

Originally forming in 2013, Silk ‘N’ Oak is a duo made up of brothers, Ricky and Troy
Saunders. Playing a unique fusion of folk, rock, and country - as eclectic in its execution as it is distinctive - they started gigging relentlessly in 2014 and have been sharing divine moments with audiences up and down the east coast of Australia ever since.


Will Anderson - 12.00pm (Sat)

19 year old, Will Anderson uses hi smooth vocals, didgeridoos, guitar and percussion to create a soulful one of a kind sound. He is believed to be the love child of Matt Corby, Mumford and Sons, Jack Garrett and Xavier Rudd blending a slice of their influences into a sound that;s like nothing else.


Mason Hope - 11.oopm (Sat)

Mason Hope is a 17 year old singer/songwriter and multi instrumentalist based on the Sunshine Coast. Winner of the Voice of Urban, Winner of the Gympie Muster Talent search and a featured vocalist for Creative Generations televised on Channel Ten. Mason has performed at an array of festivals including Caloundra Music Festival, Urban Festival, featured artist Horizons festival, Gympie Muster, Tamworth CMF. Mason has been the support act for artists such as Russell Morris, The Black Sorrows, Christine Anu, Travis Collins.
