True motoring enthusiasts can get their fix of inspiration and learn all about the industry at the free TAFE Queensland SkillsTech Motor Talks Pavilion. Pull up a chair to hear a huge program of experts and speakers discussing all things motor, including special guest speaker and V8 Supercar legend Marcos Ambrose on his career and retirement as a supercar champion turned NASCAR race winner!
Ambrose’s career boasts some big successes- from the 1999 European Formula Ford Champion to 2003 V8 Supercar Championship winner and three series wins in the NASCAR Busch/Nationwide series from 2008-2010. Don’t miss his talk on Sunday only at 12.15pm in the pavilion!
The Moreton Bay Motor Show also welcomes Molly Taylor! Hear from the youngest ever and first female driver to win the Australian Rally Championship. (Saturday from 11.30am)
Speaking both days is Ben Gersekowski. Learn about the twists and turns from the Queensland local turned Professional racing driver for Lamborghini.
TAFE Queensland SkillsTech will have two guest lecturers speaking on automotive topics and will be on location to speak to aspiring tradies and mechanics all about the ins and outs of training and working the industry. TAFE Queensland SkillsTech guest speakers will also talk through the incredible opportunities studying automotive at TAFE, where students get hands on experience!

The Moreton May Motor Show run from Saturday 17th June to Sunday 18th June at Pine Rivers Park, and is expected to welcome up to 10,000 motor enthusiasts from all over South East Queensland.
